CPF invites you to join us for the 2014 Conference and Annual General Meeting as we gather together to share ideas, best practices and CPF success stories.
Date: October 16th -19th, 2014
Location: Ottawa, Ontario at the Delta Ottawa City Centre
Early bird Registration Fee – $750
Fee paid and travel booked by July 31, 2014 (open now!)
Regular Registration Fee – $800
Fee paid and travel booked from Aug 1 – Sept 12, 2014
Late Registration Fee – $1,000
Fee paid and travel booked from Sept 13 – Oct 1, 2014
All delegates who register after Oct 1, 2014 will be subject to space permitting and will be responsible for their own travel costs.
The registration fee includes: travel, shared accommodations, workshops/other sessions, all meals, and events from Thursday evening until Sunday 1:30pm (including the President’s Banquet). Please fill out the Registration Form and book your flight through Voyages Rideau Travel.

BC & Yukon Delegates
Each Chapter Delegate (or alternate) who signs into the Branch AGM in Ottawa will be reimbursed a $200 subsidy after their attendance at the AGM & conference. The $200 will be deposited with the next Chapter rebates deposit, if you qualify.
As noted above, the $750 registration fee includes meals, accommodations and travel to and from Ottawa. This full registration fee must be paid up front, but after the subsidy, the total cost to your chapter for this event will be only $550.
Eligibility: Each active Chapter is eligible to send 1 Conference Delegate. Chapters that wish to send more than one delegate can request to be put on a wait-list and may be selected to attend as an alternate for another Chapter who can not attend. The Branch Office has created a small envelope of funds to further help Chapters participate. These funds may be distributed to Chapters on a needs-basis, determined by the branch office.
