CPF BC & Yukon welcomes our Chapters to participate in our 2017 Annual General Meeting and Conference.
Our event this year will take place Friday, September 29th – Saturday, September 30th, 2017, in Kelowna, BC, at the Delta Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort and will include a special Welcome dinner and wine tour at Mission Hill Winery on Friday evening. The AGM will be held Saturday morning, followed by workshops focused on inspiration and motivation. We hope that a representative from your chapter will join us!
Please review the information in our Registration Package to learn about this year’s AGM & Conference. The deadline to register is August 15th, 2017. Below, you will find the link to your on-line Registration Form, along with other details that will assist you in planning. A few weeks before the event, an email will be sent to registered delegates with further details about workshops and your stay in Kelowna, BC. A full AGM and Conference Package will be available at the hotel upon registration.
CPF BC & Yukon believes this is one of the most important skill and leadership development opportunities afforded to our Chapters each year. As such, as a special one-time offer we have lowered the per chapter sponsored delegate registration fee to $100**.
The $100 registration fee includes:
- Hotel accommodation for Friday night
- Conference Programming
**Please bring a cheque to the event for $100 payable to Canadian Parents for French BC & Yukon.
Each Chapter is allotted ONE (1) sponsored chapter delegate. If you would like to send an additional delegate from your Chapter, you can make a request that the Branch will consider on a first-come first-served basis. Please include the name of the additional person on the Registration Form where indicated, and the Branch office will add their name to the wait list.
Wait list: A sign-up wait list will be established on a first-come, first-served basis. If a Chapter decides not to attend, another Chapter is eligible to send a second person to fill in their place at the Conference as a sponsored delegate. The stand-in, however, must report back on the event to the Chapter they are representing, within a month of attending the Conference. Soon after the initial registration deadline, we will contact the people on the wait list to offer the places which have not been filled.
