CPF BC & YK are hosting a provincial Concours d’art oratoire in 2022. It will be live virtually on May 7th, 2022 from 9:30am to 5:30pm.

The goal of Concours is to stimulate students’ interest in the French Language, improve French speaking skills, and provide experience presenting in public. Concours is organized by Canadian Parents for French (CPF), who have worked together with parents and school staff since 1983 to organize school, district, and provincial-level competitions for French Second Language and Francophone students in grades 6 through 12. Thousands of students have competed at the school and district levels with more than 200 school district winners competing annually in the BC Provincial Concours Finals.

We thank you for your patience during the pandemic and for your continued support of the Concours d’art oratoire. We acknowledge the short turnaround this year and together, we believe we can create a memorable and unique opportunity for young people with a virtual live Concours on May 7th.
